if you’re sad, hug a tree. lay with the grass. talk to the moon. let the sun warm your skin. feel the dirt beneath your feet. appreciate the color of the sky, the smell of the flowers. make love to the earth.
Some people don’t realize how effective this really is! Studies have shown that depression meds aren’t as effective as taking a 20 min walk a day every day. Nature is life’s pick-me-up! I just think its so cool. 🙂
